eMERGENCY nIGHT SERVICE at (877-776-1579)
Most companies that offer "after hours" support, no longer have staff in the office sitting by the phone. Support is most often provided by "on-call" staff using mobile phones, or by a third party service which charges per call/minute. Unfortunately these system have shortcomings such as calls going to cell phone voice mail, not being answered, and in the case of a 3rd party service, a representative who does notunderstand your products or clients.
Our emergency night service allows you to connect your customers to your support without using 3rd parties, it eliminates the issue of cell phones being out of service or off, and provides a comfortable experience for both the caller and responder.
Call center Night service
Flow Chart of our Night Service

How it works
1) A customer calls your emergency service.
2) The system answers, informs the caller that they are going to be placed on hold, and connected to a service representative.
3) (Optional) the system prompts the caller to record a short message about the problem.
4) The system places the caller on Hold.
5) The 1st responder or group of responders are called. Phones are called for 30 second intervals - system waits 5 seconds, and calls again for 30 seconds etc...
** Once the call is answered by the responder, the responder is informed by the system that they have an emergency call, if a message was recorded by the caller it is played, then the responde r is prompted to press "1" to speak to the caller. This gives them a minute to prepare, get somewhere quiet if they need to, and then speak to the caller. If the responder does not press "1" the system continues to try to reach responders.
** After a number of minutes if the call is not responded to;
6) The system calls the first and second responder or group(s). following the same pattern.
** After a number of minutes if the call is not responded to;
7) The system calls the first, second, AND third responder or group(s)
** After a set amount of time if none of the responders or groups has answered the call is then forwarded to a voice mail, which is then emailed, and pages out to all responders.
